“I love Chris's energy and his sensitivity to his students. His taste in music is impeccable and he has put together moves that really help mitigate the symptoms of Parkinsons. The one hour of dance with Chris is almost like a fun escape that I look forward to hugely each week. I like that he mixes things up a bit too -- so nothing has a chance to get (or feel) too comfortable. That's important. Thanks Chris!”

”The dance classes Chris teaches are invigorating, motivating, helpful and enjoyable. The classes keep me moving. I appreciate that someone with PD is leading the class. I appreciate the repetitive movement it helps me keep me active.”

“The movement, the music, your easy way. Easy to follow. Like the way you repeat and break it up and build up. Like that you include free dance.”

“Chris himself; he's never judgmental and accepts someone's condition as a fact. I appreciate his way of teaching and demonstrating what's to be done.”
